Care Provider Acknowledgement of View-Only Access Terms

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

1. Scope of Access

You are granted view-only access to the specific health records shared by the User. Downloading, copying, screen-capturing, or reproducing this information in any form is strictly prohibited.

2. Purpose of Access

Access is permitted solely for the purpose of providing care and support services to the User, as authorised by them. This may include clinical and non-clinical services such as general practice, allied health, traditional and complementary medicine, physical training, massage therapy, dental care, and related wellness or healthcare support.

3. Privacy and Security Obligations

You must maintain the confidentiality and security of all data viewed. MyMedVault adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, and you are expected to uphold similar standards of professional and legal responsibility.

4. Session Duration and Expiry

Access is granted for a single live session lasting up to 1 hour. Access will automatically expire after this period or may be revoked earlier by the User.

5. Audit and Oversight

All access is logged. MyMedVault reserves the right to review and audit usage to ensure compliance with these terms.

6. Breach and Liability

Any unauthorised use, data mishandling, or breach of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access and may expose you to legal liability.

7. Browser Data Collection

MyMedVault collects certain metadata, including browser type, IP address, and session timestamps, to maintain a transparent audit trail for legal, regulatory, and security auditing purposes.
